Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, appointments and offers of LNI Hairdesign. By making an appointment you accept these terms.
1. General
LNI Hairdesign, located at Dautzenbergstraat 22 in Heerlen, is a hair salon that performs hair treatments by appointment only.
These terms apply to all offers, appointments and agreements between LNI Hairdesign and the client.
2. Appointments
Appointments are made via the booking button on this website, by phone or in the salon. Treatments are by appointment only.
The duration of a treatment depends on your hair length, as indicated in the price overview.
3. Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
In case of cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, LNI Hairdesign may charge 50% of the rate of the scheduled treatment.
You can cancel by phone, via the confirmation email or through the booking system.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on this website include VAT and are subject to typing errors and changes. Prices depend on hair length and treatment duration.
Payment is made directly after the treatment in the salon. We accept card payments and cash.
For special treatments, such as colour correction and extensions, a deposit may be requested. This deposit is settled with the treatment.
5. Treatments
For the best results we inform you in advance about the options and expectations. Please provide all relevant information at booking or intake, such as allergies, previous colour treatments and the condition of your hair.
LNI Hairdesign is not liable for damage to hair or skin resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
For certain treatments, such as colour correction and keratin, a patch test (allergy test) may be advised or required.
6. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the treatment, please let us know within 48 hours so we can find a solution together. You can report complaints in the salon, by phone or via the contact form.
If we cannot reach an agreement together, you can file a complaint with the competent dispute committee or court.
7. Liability
LNI Hairdesign is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of a fault applied by us, up to a maximum of the amount of the treatment in question, or the amount covered by our liability insurance.
We are not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential damage or lost revenue.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements with LNI Hairdesign.
